State health officials say the number of deaths related to swine flu in Oklahoma is now 40. The death of a Sequoyah County man in September was the latest confirmed case Friday of a swine flu-related death. His name and hometown were not released.

In the federal government's explanation of swine flu, one message has come through loud and clear: seniors can rest easy. There's only one problem: according to a new analysis, the CDC's own numbers show clearly and unequivocally that H1N1 is more than twice as deadly to seniors as to children.
